My
approach to therapy
My work with clients is to help them to get clear on what they want to have in
their lives, guide them to clear the road blocks and empower them to take
action towards creating what they want in their lives. I aim to empower my
clients. I believe
that when a person has discovered the motivation to change then change can happen
easily and effortlessly. The techniques I work with are so powerful that they
enable me to guide and empower my clients to make changes quickly and easily.
My toolset includes Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Empowerment Technique™, Hypnosis, EPFX-SCIO, Taoist Qigong and Huna. Each of these tools provide a different dimension to the process. Neuro Linguistic Programming is the study of how our mind works. NLP provides the frame work to understand how our mind works and how we can change the undesirable patterns that you may be repeating in your life. Time Line Therapy™ is a powerful tool for releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Hypnosis works directly with the unconscious mind to affect changes and give you the motivation to go after what you really want. EPFX-SCIO Quantum Biofeedback Device can find out what the client's body and unconscious mind is trying to communicate non-verbally. Qigong is a Chinese ancient wisdom on how to regulate and increase our life force energy. This is a holistic tool to help your body to release stuck energy so that it can heal itself. Huna is Hawaiian Shamanic practice that works with the Higher Self. When your Higher Self is aligned with what you want consciously and unconsciously, you can move past any obstacles and create what you want in your life quickly and easily. These techniques are a powerful set of skills that enable me to guide you to take action towards realizing your highest potential.
